PAYMENT METHODS

Musicollaborative's registrants are encouraged to enroll via our Active Network online portal.  Offline registrations are also available by cash, check, debit or credit card while space remains available; however, offline registrations require an appointment and incur an additional processing fee of $20.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS,  REFUNDS & MAKEUPS

For tuition-based group classes and camps there is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 included in tuition. 

 

In the event that you must cancel your registration prior to the start of the camp or class we will issue a full refund minus the nonrefundable $25 registration fee if notice is given 48 hours or more prior to the start of class, but notice given inside of the 48-hour window is subject to a penalty equal to the pro-rated amount of one day of class or camp in addition to the $25 non-refundable fee.

 

If your child is unable to complete a camp or class due to a medical condition or family emergency the remaining (prorated) balance will be refunded following written notice of withdrawal.

 

For private lessons please refer to the makeup/refund policies outlined in the contract you signed with your individual instructor.

 

If Musicollaborative has to cancel a class due to an unforeseen weather event or other emergency all registrants will be invited to attend a makeup session.  If no makeup can be scheduled or the registrant is unable to attend the makeup as scheduled then a full refund will be allocated for portion that was missed.
